Michele Marchi
Analyst for the Italian and French cases, Michele Marchi is a PhD researcher in the Political History of Europe in the 19th-20th centuries. He deals with the political history of the contemporary age, with special interest in the history of Italian and French political Catholicism in the post-World War II period and, in general, in the relationship between religion and politics in 20th century Europe.

He is a research scholar at the Department of politics, Institutions and History of the Political Sciences Faculty of the University of Bologna, where he also lectures in Contemporary History. He is a member of the editorial board of the journal “Ricerche di Storia Politica” and the editorial board of “Nuova Informazione Bibliografica.” He is a regular contributor to the newspaper “Corriere Adriatico” and the online newspaper “L'Occidentale.”
