Serena Giusti
Serena Giusti teaches European Institutions and Russian Foreign Policy at the Università Cattolica of Milan, and Comparative Politics at the University of Padua and Former Communist Countries at the Masters in European Studies of the Luiss-School of Government . She is Associate Senior Research Fellow in the area ‘Russia and the Near East’ at the Institute for Studies in International Politics (ISPI) of Milan. She has worked for the European Commission and for Unicef and has been electoral observer for the OECD. She got a master’s degree in European Studies at the College of Europe (Natolin-Warsaw) and a PhD in Political and Social Sciences at the Istituto Universitario Europeo (Fiesole). Her fields of interest include: European integration, processes of transformation and democratisation in central and eastern Europe, EU enlargement, Russia foreign policy, security.
